Torta de liquidificador com creme de leite
Bater no liquidificador:3 ovos
3 colheres de queijo parmesão ralado
1 1/2 xícara das de chá de leite
1 lata de creme de leite sem o soro
meia xícara das de chá de óleo
sal
noz moscada ralada ou orégano
Por último, acrescentar 1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó e 2 xícaras das de chá de farinha de trigo.
Recheio:
Fiz um recheio frio com:
100g de muçarela picada
6 salsichas aferventadas e picadas em rodelas
1 cebola pequena batida
molho de tomates
sal
Coloquei em forma média canelada, untada e enfarinhada:
Uma camada de massa, o recheio e a outra metade da massa.
Forno médio, por 35 minutos.
Ui que gostosura. Só vou por o recheio de sardinha, pois estou desejando.. Ficou linda! Bjs
